Alexei Khamarkhanov is a financial professional with over 14 years of experience in directing financial and operational initiatives for nonprofits. Prior to joining the Coalition, Alexei worked at the Center for Independence of the Disabled, New York, a nonprofit agency providing home health care services to the elderly and disabled people. His area of expertise includes P&L management, cost control, budgeting, audits, compliance, and operations management. He is fluent in Russian and proficient in French, and holds a M.A. in Education. In his spare time, Alexei pursues his passion for chess and travelling with his family.
